**Hiring: General Manager (GM) – Sales | Real Estate** **Position :** Male / Female **Location:** Business Bay Dubai, UAE **Salary:** AED 15,000 – AED 20,000 per month + Attractive Commission Job Overview We are seeking an experienced **General Manager (GM) – Sales** to lead our real estate sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the UAE real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives. * Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance. * Drive sales for off-plan and secondary market properties. * Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and key clients. * Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs. * Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. * Coordinate with the marketing team to generate quality leads. * Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and UAE real estate laws. Requirements * 8–10 years of UAE real estate sales experience. * Minimum 5 years in a senior management role. * Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market. * Proven leadership and team management experience. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Established network within the UAE real estate industry. * UAE Driving License preferred. * Immediate joiners will be given preference.
