IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a motivated **IT Support Engineer** to provide day-to-day technical support for our IT infrastructure, business applications, and end users. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Windows Server, networking, Microsoft 365, Zoho applications, ERP systems, and hardware troubleshooting. A willingness to learn and strong problem-solving skills are essential. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.** * **Assist in managing Windows Server, Active Directory, and user accounts.** * **Support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, and user administration.** * **Manage and support Zoho Mail user accounts, email configuration, and troubleshoot day-to-day mail issues.** * **Provide first-level support for the company's ERP system, assisting users with system issues, troubleshooting, and coordinating with the ERP vendor when required.** * **Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs).** * **Assist with email setup, DNS records (MX, SPF, and DKIM), and email migration tasks.** * **Support POS and other business applications.** * **Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, and IP phones.** * **Manage IT assets, software installation, inventory records, and basic backup tasks.** * **Assist with domain, DNS, website hosting, and cPanel administration.** * **Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for issue resolution.** * **Log and resolve support requests using a helpdesk/ticketing system.** * **Follow IT security policies and maintain IT documentation.** **Required Skills:** * **Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.** * **Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365.** * **Familiarity with Zoho Mail and other Zoho applications is preferred.** * **Basic understanding of ERP systems and business applications.** * **Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and printer troubleshooting.** * **Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VLANs).** * **Basic understanding of email configuration and DNS records.** * **Knowledge of CCTV, biometric systems, and IP phones is an advantage.** **Other:** * Good communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * **Preferred Qualifications:** Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * **1+ year** of experience in IT Support or a similar role. * Experience with **Zoho Mail, ERP systems, cPanel, or QNAP NAS** is an added advantage.
