Junior Planning Engineer

We specialize in delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across the UAE. **Job Summary** We are looking for a motivated **Junior Planning Engineer** to join our Project Planning team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineering graduate or junior professional looking to build a career in project planning and scheduling within the construction and interior fit-out industry. The successful candidate will support project planning activities, monitor project progress, prepare reports, and assist senior planning engineers in maintaining project schedules. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in preparing and updating project schedules using **Primavera P6**. * Monitor project progress against approved schedules. * Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and other departments to collect project updates. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Update project dashboards and planning trackers. * Support project monitoring and controlling activities. * Assist in identifying schedule delays and reporting progress variances. * Maintain accurate planning documentation and records. * Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel. * Ensure timely reporting to management. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline. * **Basic knowledge of project planning and scheduling.** * **Working knowledge of Primavera P6 (Mandatory).** * Good command of Microsoft Excel. * Basic understanding of project monitoring and project controls. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good communication and coordination abilities. * Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment. * UAE experience is an advantage but not mandatory. * Fresh graduates with Primavera P6 knowledge are encouraged to apply. **Preferred Skills** * Primavera P6 * Microsoft Excel * Project Scheduling * Progress Monitoring * Construction Planning * Time Management * Reporting & Documentation * Team Collaboration **What We Offer** * Salary: **AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month** * Career growth within a rapidly expanding organization. * Exposure to luxury residential and commercial fit-out projects. * Professional and collaborative work environment. * Opportunity to learn from experienced planning and project management professionals.
