Procurement Manager - Construction Industry

We are urgently looking for an experienced **Procurement Manager** to join our growing construction team in Dubai. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the complete procurement cycle for construction materials, equipment, and subcontractors. * Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors across the UAE. * Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely material availability. * Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities. * Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and procurement reports. * Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements. * Resolve procurement-related issues efficiently to avoid project delays. **Requirements**: * Must have 10 years of procurement experience in the Dubai construction industry. * Strong network and established contacts with local suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. * Sound knowledge of construction materials, procurement processes, and local market pricing. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement systems. * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
