Project Manager – Civil (DM Approved)

**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Project Manager – Civil (DM Approved)** to lead and manage building construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, project management, and technical expertise with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully from initiation through final handover. The candidate must hold a valid **Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved Engineer/Project Manager certification**, with a minimum of **10+ years of total experience**, including **6+ years of UAE experience** in building construction projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from planning and mobilization to completion and handover. * Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities. * Develop and monitor project schedules, resource plans, and project execution strategies. * Review and approve project documentation including shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and work programs. * Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, local authority requirements, and project specifications. * Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation measures. * Manage project budgets, cost control, variations, and contractual obligations. * Lead and supervise project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders. * Conduct site inspections, progress reviews, and coordination meetings. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Coordinate authority inspections, approvals, and project close-out activities. * Oversee snagging, testing, commissioning, and final handover processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * **Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved Engineer/Project Manager – Mandatory.** * Minimum **10+ years of total experience** in building construction projects. * Minimum **6+ years of UAE experience** in project management and construction execution. * Proven experience managing residential, commercial, and mixed-use building projects. * Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, authority approvals, and UAE construction standards. * Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously. * Valid UAE Driving License is preferred. **Preferred Qualifications** * PMP Certification is an advantage. * Experience in high-rise building construction projects. * Strong understanding of project planning, contract administration, and cost management. **Key Skills** * Project Management * Construction Management * Building Construction * Budget & Cost Control * Contract Administration * Primavera P6 * Risk Management * Team Leadership * Authority Coordination * Quality Assurance & Quality Control * Health & Safety Compliance * Client & Stakeholder Management **Experience Required:** 10+ Years Total Experience | 6+ Years UAE Experience **Approval Required:** Dubai Municipality (DM Approved) – Mandatory **Location:** Dubai, UAE Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
