Sales Manager

**Job Summary** We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented **Sales Manager** to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience working with a **UAE real estate developer** and possess excellent sales, negotiation, and client relationship skills. The role involves generating leads, conducting property presentations, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. **Key Responsibilities** * Promote and sell the company's real estate projects to prospective buyers and investors. * Generate leads through networking, referrals, property portals, and other sales channels. * Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings. * Understand clients' investment requirements and recommend suitable properties. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. * Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. * Negotiate sales terms and assist clients throughout the sales process. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth sales transaction. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * **Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the UAE real estate industry.** * **Previous experience working with a real estate developer is mandatory.** * Strong knowledge of the UAE property market and sales process. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. **Language Requirements** Candidates who are fluent in any of the following languages will be preferred: * Russian * French * Chinese * Hindi **English proficiency is mandatory.** **Preferred Candidate** * Existing network of property buyers and investors in the UAE. * Immediate joiners will be given preference. * UAE Driving Licence is an added advantage.
