Senior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with accounting standards, and support management with financial analysis and decision-making. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Manage general ledger activities and account reconciliations. * Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll accounting. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. * Coordinate with external auditors and support audit activities. * Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management. * Monitor cash flow and recommend strategies to improve financial performance. * Analyze financial data and provide insights for business decisions. * Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred. * 5–8 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role. * Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting. * Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
