Senior Executive – Treasury (Treasury Head)

**Department:** Finance & Accounts **Function:** Treasury **Grade / Level:** Senior Executive **Scope:** Group-wide, All Legal Entities **Job Summary** The Senior Executive – Treasury will be responsible for managing the group treasury function, including daily liquidity management, fund planning, banking operations, and facility utilisation. The role ensures effective cash visibility, availability of funds, and efficient management of banking relationships across all entities. **Key Responsibilities** * Daily monitoring and tracking of cash inflows and outflows. * Fund planning and bank reconciliation for all bank accounts across group entities. * Managing intercompany fund transfers and ensuring timely fund availability. * Managing bank facilities including Term Loans, Trust Receipts, and Bank Guarantees. * Coordinating with Procurement and other departments for funding and payment planning. * Monitoring market and branch cash control activities. * Preparing bank facility utilisation reports, including limits and usage summaries. * Preparing and submitting weekly cash budget reports. * Maintaining cheque book tracking and custody control. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. * Relevant experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or Banking Operations. * Strong understanding of cash flow management and banking facilities. * Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems. * Strong analytical and coordination skills.
