Senior Landscape Architect

**Job Purpose** The Senior Landscape Architect leads the development of landscape design projects from concept through detailed design, ensuring high-quality, coordinated, and buildable design solutions. The role provides technical expertise, contributes to creative design development, and ensures alignment with project requirements, timelines, and regulatory standards while supporting multidisciplinary coordination and client engagement. **Key Responsibilities** ***Landscape Design Leadership*** * Lead the development of landscape design concepts and detailed design solutions * Translate design intent into high-quality, functional, and buildable landscape proposals * Ensure design outputs meet project vision, client expectations, and environmental considerations ***Design Documentation & Technical Delivery*** * Prepare and review landscape drawings, reports, and design documentation * Develop detailed landscape packages including plans, sections, and specifications * Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of design deliverables ***Multidisciplinary Coordination*** * Coordinate with architects, engineers, planners, and other consultants * Ensure integration of landscape design within overall project scope * Resolve design conflicts and support coordinated project delivery ***Client Interface & Presentation*** * Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews * Communicate design intent clearly through visual and verbal presentation * Address client feedback and incorporate revisions into design development ***Technical & Design Development Support*** * Provide guidance on planting strategies, material selection, and sustainable design solutions * Ensure compliance with local regulations, authority requirements, and landscape standards * Support development of innovative and climate-responsive design approaches **Required Qualifications** ***Education*****:** * Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or architecture ***Professional Certifications*****:** * Professional registration is an advantage ***Experience****:* * Minimum 7+ years of experience in landscape architecture consultancy ***Technical Skills****:* * Advanced knowledge of landscape design principles and site planning, Strong expertise in planting design, sustainability, and climate-responsive solutions, Advanced understanding of landscape detailing, materials, and construction methods. * Strong 3D software knowledge (SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, D5 Render, Enscape, AI rendering). * Solid documentation skills using AutoCAD.
