Senior QS Engineer

Company Description YAD Architectural Engineering Consultant, located in Business Bay Dubai Role Description: This is a full-time role for a Senior QS (Quantity Surveyor) Engineer, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The QS Engineer will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, conducting quantity take-offs, and preparing tender and contract documents. The role also includes liaising with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project outcomes align with contractual agreements and budget controls. The QS Engineer will assist in project management, risk assessments, and cost reporting as required. Qualifications * At least 12 years total Dubai experience with Minimum of 08 years of experience as QS Engineer in Consultants environment. * Experience with Tender Drafting, Contract Administration, and Documentation Preparation. * Understanding of Condition of Contract * Proficiency in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, and Budget Management. * Strong skills in Project Management, Risk Assessment, and Data Analysis. * Proficiency in construction software tools and technology. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or relevant field. * Prior experience in architectural engineering consultancy projects. * should understand the contracts * Knowledge of regulations, standards, and practices in the UAE construction sector is an advantage. **SEND YOUR CV: [email protected] OR [email protected]** Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
