Site Engineer

**Site Engineer (Civil) – Roles & Responsibilities** * Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities at the project site. * Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. * Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other site engineers. * Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. * Plan daily site activities and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently. * Monitor project progress and report daily/weekly updates to the Project Manager. * Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction. * Verify measurements and prepare work progress reports. * Ensure materials delivered to the site meet project specifications and quality standards. * Coordinate with procurement for timely material requests and deliveries. * Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. * Ensure proper documentation, including inspection requests, material approvals, and site records. * Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed within the agreed timeline. * Identify potential project risks and recommend corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, local authority requirements, and health & safety standards. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * 2–5 years of experience in civil construction or fit-out projects. * Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation. * Strong understanding of construction drawings and site execution. * Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. * Valid UAE Driving License (preferred). * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
