Web3 Engineer

**Role Overview** As a Web3 Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for integrating and maintaining crypto services within the WonnPay ecosystem, including crypto on-ramp/off-ramp solutions, blockchain networks, wallets, custody platforms, and Web3 infrastructure. You will work closely with the Head of technology , backend engineers, product team, compliance team, and external crypto providers to deliver reliable and secure crypto payment experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain integrations with crypto service providers, exchanges, liquidity providers, and blockchain platforms. * Support blockchain wallet integrations and transaction workflows. * Work with blockchain networks including: + Ethereum + Polygon + BNB Smart Chain + TRON/TRC-20 + Solana + Other EVM-compatible networks * Support crypto asset flows including: + Wallet creation + Deposit processing + On/off ramp + Withdrawal processing + Token transfers + Transaction confirmations + Blockchain fee handling * Work with stablecoins including USDT and USDC. * Integrate and support Web3 APIs, SDKs, and blockchain services. * Troubleshoot blockchain transaction issues and integration failures. * Work with wallet infrastructure and custody solutions such as Fireblocks or similar platforms. * Support cross-chain transaction flows and bridge integrations. * Collaborate with backend engineers to build secure blockchain transaction services. * Support blockchain security best practices and risk controls. * Research and evaluate new Web3 technologies and integration opportunities. **Must Have:** * Experience integrating crypto wallets, exchanges, or payment platforms. * Experience with blockchain APIs and SDKs. * Understanding of transaction lifecycle: + wallet creation + deposit confirmation + withdrawal processing + blockchain confirmations + failed transactions * Experience with EVM chains and ERC-20 tokens. * Experience with stable coins (USDT/USDC). * Good backend/API understanding (Node.js/Python preferred). * Ability to debug blockchain transaction issues. * Experience with crypto exchanges or fintech applications. * Knowledge of cross-chain bridges and liquidity providers. * Experience with blockchain analytics tools such as Chainlysis. * Experience with mobile crypto wallet applications. **Required Skills** * 4+ years of experience in blockchain/Web3 development. * Good understanding of blockchain fundamentals and crypto transactions. * Experience integrating crypto APIs, wallets, or payment providers. * Experience with: * Ethereum / EVM chains * ERC-20 tokens * Stable coins (USDT, USDC) * Wallet addresses and transaction lifecycle * Knowledge of Web3 libraries: * Ethers.js * Web3.js * Wallet Connect * Experience working with REST APIs and backend integrations. * Understanding of JSON-RPC and blockchain nodes. * Basic knowledge of smart contracts and Solidity. * Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, or Python. * Understanding of security practices around crypto wallets and private keys. **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Blockchain Technology, or related field (preferred). * Strong practical blockchain development experience can substitute for formal education.
